I have been racing for over 40 years, competing in around 3000 races and winning a few along the way.
I spent 4 seasons racing in France, have ridden Land's End to John O'Groats in the UK, climbed Alp D'Huez, the Galibier, the Tourmalet and many other Alpine mountains. I've ridden the Gong ride 10 years in a row, and a few other charity rides and Endurance MTB events.
Whether you want to ride to work, ride with friends, race with a club or just benefit from 40 years of riding experience, I can help you out with tips on all aspects of road cycling and racing.

I have been teaching for 25+ years and understand how to teach skills in a way that they build on the skills already achieved.
I was lucky to start cycling surrounded by clubmen who taught you how to ride properly, so have always wanted to share my knowledge to keep my clubmates safe.
Learning, teaching and cycling are my passion, so to add AusCycling qualified Cycling Trainer to my previous British Cycling Coaching allows me to share the experiences I have with you.
